An Emerging Artist & Young Talent in the World of Dance

Simza's dance has often been described as like water, and her performances capture a lyrical flow that has appeared instinctive since she was very young, winning her first solos in Istanbul and London at ages 10 and 11. From the moment she began dancing at 9, Simza has displayed undeniable talent, a captivating stage appeal, and commitment to her art, spending all her time in the studio, attending workshops and intensive trainings, and competing nationally and internationally. Her magnetic presence, natural focus and subtle engagement with audiences express a physical communication that enchants, sharing wordless stories that generate a powerful response.

Current Focus

`With outstanding success at auditions, Simza is honoured and excited to have begun her training at Rambert School on the FD/BA Hons Ballet & Contemporary Dance course. She is now concentrating on her studies, continuing her own practice, and building her skills across ballet and contemporary dance. A generous grant from a private arts foundation is contributing significantly to her overseas tuition fees, alongside incredible support she received through GoFundMe. Our sponsorship campaign continues to seek the remaining funding needed for her three years of training.

Achievements & New Beginnings

Simza’s dedication has taken her from strength to strength. She placed 5th at the DWC 2024 world finals in Prague with her Jazz solo, and 9th with her contemporary solo, also earning scholarships for masterclasses in the UK and Spain. She won 1st place for the 7th year running at the Turkish Dance Sport Federation dance awards and was named Best Young Choreographer 2025 at di Art International Berussa Ballet & Contemporary Dance. Most recently, Simza has been teaching ages 4–16 in conditioning, technique, and original choreographies, with her students achieving top results at national competitions. While preparing for her move to the UK, she continued with her own training and is now delighted to have started at Rambert School.
